Wedding Planning
Caribbean Catering specializes in exquisite, full-service catering and wedding coordination for events from Ocean Reef to Marathon. Chef David Mansen, Coordinator Debbie Pierog and their professional staff of bartenders and servers will attend to every detail of your special event. Our goal is to provide you with an elegant, carefree wedding. We arrange for florists, music, officiants, cakes, photographers, as well as any and all serving and rental needs.
Owners Dave Mansen and Debbie Pierog have together catered hundreds of weddings and special events, in addition to their 15 + years of restaurant experience. They are fully involved in each catering event. Their commitment to detail has become a hallmark of their services.
Caribbean Catering was specifically established so that Islamorada and the Upper Keys would have a quality catering service, capable of handling a wedding for hundreds, or a party for ten friends. Our intent is to develop a one of a kind experience at each event, delivering excellent gourmet food, outstanding service and a personal ambience derived from our clients dreams and ideas.
